I've been pumping for my LO in addition to supplementing but plan on ending the pumping soon. I want to know:
1. What the stools of formula fed babies look like and
2. How often I should expect him to go? Every day? Every other day?
3. What formula do you use?
4. Do your LOs strain really hard when they go or is that an issue only I'm experiencing? LO strains very hard until he's red in the face...
Up until now he’s had very yellow, liquidy stools. From what I understand that’s normal for breastfed babies. I am nervous about his stools getting harder on formula. He strains so hard now just to pass liquidy stools!!!Thanks in advance for your input.
I am just in the midst of weaning my LO from being BF to FF.His poop is different to me, it is more dark and it smells more than his BF poops. It is liquidy. At first he pooped only once a day, now he goes anywhere from 1-4 times a day.
