I would think that you would want to know what they expect you to bring for your birth, how many people are allowed there, how long you can stay, etc. for the tour.
To a specific MW I would ask reasons for/rate of transfers, what to expect at appointments, and just general questions about the care you will receive during and after pregnancy.
