You've probably heard all of these but, I've heard lemon or lemon flavored candies help a lot of women. Have you tried preggi pops (not sure that's how they're spelled) I know some people they have helped, although I've never tried them myself. A nurse told me to try taking 25mg of B-5 daily for nausea. Jolly ranchers have seemed to help me some.
