Saftey 1st Play yard sheets?

So I feel like such and idiot for not knowing this, but does Safety 1st not make sheet for their play yards? And if not does anyone know the ones that fit best? I might as well be buying baby stuff in a different language as difficult as I make it on myself lol.

Safety 1st doesn't make sheets and they really don't recommend that any be used which is silly, but it protects them from liability from aftermarket products.

This is the play yard that we have and I believe the mattress base is a little narrower than Graco playards

We used the Carter's velour playard sheets like some of the BRU reviews recommended.  They help with adding padding to the rather firm mattress base.

I might also consider buying an additional mattress to help provide more comfort for the safety 1st playard because ours just seems so thin and you can feel the gaps of the boards through the material.  Safety is a big concern though because the mattress would need to fit flat with no gaps and this playard mattress platform seems to have a less standard sizing.

Pp, the reason you don't add a mattress is because the surface is meant to be firm, young infants can't lift and turn their heads well and their faces could get caught in the depression made by their heads and suffocate. It should be in the instruction manual, I'd be surprised if it wasn't.

OP, Safety 1st used to make sheets, but that was back when ds was little. I got Kushies sheets that fit snug.

We have the safety first play yard and I used Graco play yard sheets, they fit just fine.

Yes, the manufacturer's instructions say that no sheets or padding should be used.  Completely impractical, but that is how they can relieve themselves of any legal liability.  So everything you decide to place atop (including sheets) is at  your own risk and discretion.

While I haven't used any of the playard mattresses, they are not different than what would be used in a crib and different firmness options are available.  The biggest concerns would be risk of entrapment from potential gaps at the side or under the mattress since it's not secured below.
