sippy cups

One of my little guys is having some trouble with the cup.  We are starting to tranistion to milk but it just pools in his mouth then runs out.  He has some trouble when he uses the cup with water too.  Any ideas for a good sippy cup with a slow flow?  Any helpful ideas on transition to cow's milk would be great too.  Like how long until the full transition?  Thanks!!

Both my kids went straight to the straw sippy cups.  We use Munchkin brand but not the Click Lock kind.  Those leaked like a sieve for us.  We never had any luck with the hard spout kind of sippy cup.  We went cold turkey with whole milk the day after their first birthday.  GL

If you can go straight to a straw, it's actually better.  We like the playtex sipsters.

We have tried a couple of different kinds but also prefer either munchkin or the playtex straw sippy cups!
