XP: Shooting Pain On Right Side

Hello ladies, I posted this on the May 2013 board and 2nd trimester. I am hoping you ladies may have some answers as well. Thanks in advance!

Two nights ago I switched positions while sleeping and had this shooting pain on my right side.  I ignored it and thought maybe it was because I was switching positions or something like that. Yesterday, I was at my desk and the same thing happened? Has this happened to anyone? Any thoughts on what this could be?

I might not be super helpful, but I also get shooting pains down the right side. 2 kinds: 1) sharp, stabbing pain that feels a lot like a severe side ache (like from running)-- but this is usually when I'm walking or exercising and goes away when I take a break and 2) stabbing, almost burning pain, usually when I change positions in bed. I can't do anything but put pressure on it, grin, and bear it. It passes after about 20-30 seconds. Welcome to Round Ligament Pain, my friend. It's a ***.

That is exactly how I would describe it. It went away after 10 seconds. RLP my PGAL brain can deal. LOL. Thanks!
