jobiann:This is a weird question to me...haven't we all written a ton of thank you's? High school graduation, College graduation, weddings, birthday gifts, etc.nbsp;Keep it simple, keep it real.nbsp;
Well everyone's situation is different. Personally, I didn't have a college or grad school parties/gifts and I'm not married, and we really dont get birtgday gifts after elementart school ehen we stopped having birthday parties, so the last time I really needed to write a thank you note for a gift was when I was 17 and graduating high school. I have done it before, but I'm a little rusty and I thinking a little more conscious of social etiquette. Who knows when the last time OP needed to write one as well and not everyone was taught growing up to write them. She is making an effort now and wants some input. I do agree though, keeping them simple and genuine with be more well received then filling in the blanks of a generic thank you note
