Hey there ladies! Hope you're all hanging in there. We know how difficult this time of year can be. I'm praying that you all get your BFPs SOON!
I haven't ever checked in here on the Grad page, so quick backstory: I had pretty high beta numbers, saw an ultrasound early with two sacs... few weeks later heard two perfect heartbeats. Then I went to my first OB appointment to find that Baby B hadn't made it. We were sad, but tried to focus on how healthy Baby A is.
I'm a little more than 16 weeks now and feeling pretty good. The first trimester was a mess for me. Vomit, dry heaving, constant nausea, and I was borderline narcoleptic! I kept telling myself that it was temporary and meant my baby was doing well. While I'm thankful that part is behind me, I wouldn't trade it for the world.
We haven't told anyone yet. We'll be seeing family on New Years so we'll be dropping our news then. We took a picture of our "fur-son" with a poster that says "I'm gonna be a big brother". We put that in frames and will be giving them to our parents.
Again, I wish you all the very best. One day you'll be sharing your story here and we can't wait to read it and share your happiness!!
Happy Holidays!!!!
