Medicine before C-Section?

I'm having a C-section on Friday and went to my pre admission testing yesterday and the nurse asked me when the last time I had Tylenol was. I didn't think about it at the time to ask her, but am I allowed to have ANY Tylenol between now and Friday?

Yeah, I will if I need to. I woke up with a massive headache but managed to get rid of it for the most part with water and some caffeine.

But, you know, just in case. I know the nurse told me I could have some tums before midnight on Thursday if I need them but nothing after midnight.

Interesting. I wasn't asked that question during preadmission, but before my c-section they did ask what medicines I took and when the last time I took them was.

Of course ask your doctor, but I specifically asked mine if I could take Tylenol PM the night before my CS. He didn't hesitate to say yes.
