I had the natures touch papasan swing by fisher price with my last DD. One night it stopped working so I ran out and bought the snuggabunny swing. It worked fine while she used it and we packed it away for the next baby when she was done with it. DS was born in September and we started using it again, only to have it stop working as well. I called fisher price and even though it had been a year and a half since we purchased it, they still sent us a new motor free of charge. Their customer service was great and I was extremely happy they replaced it for free but I don't understand why, when there seem to be so many people having the same issue, they can't seem to just fix the problem with the swings! My two youngest both had/have reflux and this swing is the only way any of us get sleep! Love the swing but seem to find myself expecting it to stop working again at any moment.
