Breast milk digests better then formula so there is little wasted. It's fairly common for breastfed babies to go a few days without a BM. For about 2wks my son would go about every 4 days. Since he seemed perfectly fine otherwise I didn't worry about it. He has since made up for those missed dirty diapers by going 8 times in the last 24hrs.
