So so close and lost my plug!

Well today I went in for my 38 week check up.  Non stress test went well as always, had a few contractions but nothing major.  Went down stairs to my OBGYN  and Dr said I had gone from a 1.5/2 to 2.5/3 cm since last week.  I'm thinning out but my cervix is still really high... holy cow having that internal hurt because he was so determined to find my cervix.

At the end of my appointment he told me if I don't have my little guy naturally this week they will induce me on Thursday, Dec 27th.  Makes me nervous but excited all at the same time.  

After my appointment I ran around town with my husband then we made our way back home.  When I noticed spotting and thought perhaps it was from my check up only it was extremely slimy (sorry for the tmi) and realized I lost my plug... so maybe baby will come early or not.  Who knows.  Either way I will have him here by next week!

That is pretty exciting! I have become kind of obsessed with checking for signs. Anyway, hopefully you will go into labor naturally and have your baby sooner rather than later :D
