I can't help you but I would make a new account that doesn't have your real name as your username.  There are creepers on the internet.

Breastmilk is a supply and demand driven process. The more you nurse and pump, the more milk you'll make. It also takes a while for supply to regulate.

Pump every 2-3 hours.  If, after a few days, your supply doesn't compensate you can try laying hot towels across your boobs or taking Fenugreek.  It might take a while.  I was getting 2-3 oz. every 3 hours until I spent the night in the ER, and suddenly I was getting 1 1/2 oz.  So I've pumped every 2 hours, hot towels, 4 Fenugreek pills 3 times a day, etc... All that work is starting to pay off.

Are you nursing also? Or are you just pumping? If you are just pumping once a day, you are likely to dry up very quickly! You should be nursing or pumping every time that the baby feeds to keep up your supply.

This. Every 2-3 hrs if you want to keep that supply up.

Like the PPs said, pump every time she gets a bottle of milk to keep your supply up. Keep nursing often because "you need to move milk to make milk."

If you are nursing and then pumping right after, it's normal to get 1-2 ounces after a feeding, so don't worry about that. Just keep feeding her.

If you're worried about your supply, you can try Fenugreek, taking More Milk Plus supplements, or drinking Mother's Milk tea. You can also double check your pump parts to make sure they are still working well (replacing the membranes might help). You can do some breast massage and compression while pumping to get more out of it, or look at pictures or hold her while pumping to see if you can get more that way.

I second Fenugreek. I have taken it several time when I feel like my supply is low, or my baby is going through a growth spurt.
