I am almost 5 weeks and I've already started to notice some cravings and aversions. I'm normally someone who really likes breakfasts and desserts, but the idea of eating those types of foods (pancakes, donuts, brownies) doesn't appeal to me at all anymore. It actually kind of grosses me out to think about them.
I've been craving a lot of fruits and vegetables, as well as spicy or very flavorful foods. Fish and chips doused in malt vinegar. Mexican food. Chili. Sour pickles.
