Girls Names

My DH and I are TTC #2.  If it's a boy, he will be names after my hubby.  But I need opinions on girls names.  I like fairly common names!

Emily Lynn

Kaylee Lynn

Gina Lynn

Melanie Lynn

DD#1 is Madison

I like all those names but prefer Kayla to Kaylee. I think with the mn "Lynn" I like the sound of Melanie Lynn and i think Madison & Melanie sound great together.

I think Emily is my favorite. 

Gina and Melanie both seem really dated to me - I would expect to see them on a 30-40 year old woman, not a baby.

Kaylee sounds cute, but I don't think it ages well, and I really dislike this spelling.

Emily is pretty, but so super popular - and has been for so long - I feel like there are Emilys everywhere. But you said you like common names, so I guess that wouldn't bother you.

I like Melanie but I also like Gina, I would just be surprised to see Gina and Madison as a sibset (not that that should deter you from using the name) 

Emily and Kaylee just seem kinda boring to me among your choices.

My name is Melanie and I like it.  I honestly don't know many other Melanies.  The name has since dropped in popularity since I was born and I think it would be refreshing like someone else said.
