Period like cramps during 2ww

DH and I just started TTC this month and I am having period like cramps during the 2ww. I am not sure if this is normal and I do not want to give myself too much hope since it is our first month trying. Anyone have similar experience? I am not sure if I am thinking too much! This wait is driving me crazy!!!!

Check out the 2WW thread, but yes, it's normal. Could be your period coming, could be nothing, could be implantation. You won't know until you get your period or a + HPT.

Do you know how many DPO you are?  It could be a sign of AF coming depending on how many dpo you are.

TTC since October 2011.
DX with Non-IR PCOS in October 2012.
Missing RIGHT tube due to a prior surgery to remove cyst-zilla (40 lbs!) at age 12.
HSG showed tube was blocked - cleared by dye. DON'T DO CLOMID WITHOUT AN HSG!
Cycle #8 with 50mg Clomid & TI = BFN
Cycle #9 with 50mg Clomid & TI = No response.
Cycle #10 with Clomid 100mg + Ovidrel shot = BFN
Cycle #11 is a break cycle. Cycle #12 is a break cycle. (The break so nice, she did it twice!)

When we first started TTC, I started to notice ALL of the symptoms in the 2WW.  In fact, the month I got my BFP, I was sure that I wasn't KU because all of my symptoms were the same as PMS symptoms.

When in the 2WW most women are hyper aware of every twinge their body makes.  Cramping is one of those symptoms that could have a multitude of explanations.  You just have to wait it out until you either get a positive HPT or your period shows up.

I know what you mean. You notice everything. Cramps, breast pain, smells. Good luck. Btw. I found $0.88 tests at Walmart. They were by the vitamins not in the family planning. Good luck.

This for me too. Cramps can definitely can be a sign of pregnancy but are certainly not a reliable one. Usually the first reliable signs of pregnancy don't show up until after a missed period/positive test.

Last cycle I had cramps during the 2WW and got all excited because I have never had cramps like it, either on or off BCP. I was legit so excited, but sure enough along came AF. Oooh I love a bit of mind fluffery, NOT!

I'm having cramps during my 2ww right now too.  We've been TTC since August and some months I'll have cramps and last month I hardly had any so I was really hoping it was the month, but AF showed up.  I haven't had a BFP yet.

Period like cramps could mean your period is coming. Or it could not. You'll just have to be patient and wait.
