End of the World

This place is dead...where is everyone?

 Anyone doing anything exciting for the "End of the World" on Friday?

We are having a small End of the World/Friendsmas Party at our house.  Just doing some finger foods and cocktails.

I am gonna finish up Christmas shopping, get a manicure and go to the gym. Me going to the gym is surely a sign of the impending apocalypse.

DH has his boys night out Christmas party. So just me and T that night. If the world ends and he is out drunk with his friends I am gonna be so pissed!

I would be mad too!  I had a "moment" the other day. I decided that I was going to take the kids to see Santa at the mall Monday morning and my husband was upset because we were going without him.  Well, I told him that I wasn't going to the mall on Friday because people think it's the end of the world and there will probably be some crazy shooter there.  Ugh, I know it's bad of me to even think like that.  I just want to be with my family if something should happen, ya know?

Nothing too exciting. I get off work at noon then I have a drs apt at 12:30. I will def work out, then it will just be a normal, order in and a couple glasses of wine Friday night.

We will probably be driving to my mom's house.  DH has to work on Mon. so we will be going over there to celebrate Christmas this weekend.  DH and I are hoping that the shop isn't finished with our car yet so insurance can continue to pay for the SUV.  Otherwise we will be renting one on our own to make it over the pass.

We are leaving for the in laws Friday. I am really excited for Christmas this year with DD, so I hope the world doesn't end!

I don't have anything planned. I'll probably get an early dismissal from work. So I will run some errands without the kids before I go home.

The kids and I will be hanging out at home like usual. While I do not believe the world will end, I do think some crazies will be out and use it as an excuse to do stupid stuff. I don't want to be at a mall, movie theater or any public place that day. No saying what people will do. When DH gets home from work we will be going to my grandmas for family dinner like always. 

Do a lot of you believe this about the world ending?

I certainly don't.  I think OP said it as kind of a joke.  At least that's how I read it.

Haha! That's what I thought at 1st then I was like "well, if my AM's think its going to happen, maybe I'm in trouble!" LOL!!

I am hoping to be at the hospital having a baby. I will not be a happy camper if the world ends and I'm still pregnant! Stick out tongue In all liklihood, however, I will be home with DH and DS eating pizza and watching movies/playing trains and just enjoying our little family of 3 before this baby girl arrives.

I'll be at work at the "beginning" of the "end". I get off work at 6am, and DH goes to work at 6am. so I'll spend the day napping and playing with Gray, then we're going to ride and look at Christmas lights.
