YAY it's official!

I'm in the 2nd tri.  Big Smile  I never thought i'd make it being so sick.. the last 9 or so weeks since I found out have dragged on and on and I just couldn't wait for the days to end to see if the next day would be better. I'm about 25% better these days but hoping 100% SOON!

If your nausea/fatigue/gagging,etc lasted into the 2nd tri, when did it end for you?  I just want to feel "normal" again.

Yay! I still feel very fatigued at 16 wks. But the nausea has almost completely gone away. Certain smells still make me gag and if I get too hungry I still feel very nauseous. But I can actually walk through restaurants without running for the bathroom! Success!

Woohoo congrats!!! Its exciting! Um so far for me non of those have went away, and some days I feel more sick and exhausted than I did in the first tri. Everyone is different though.

Glad to see you here! Congrats! I am one of those lucky people that haven't experienced morning sickness, but the fatigue for me is off and on. I have a bit more energy now than I did in the 1st tri, but not much. I'm getting terrible headaches lately as well. Hopefully they go away soon :)

I was fortunate enough not to experience morning sickness as well, but at 25 weeks I feel like the fatigue is worse than it was in my 1st trimester. I'm in bed literally at 9 PM every night - it's annoying sometimes! Hopefully your symptoms will dissipate soon and you won't experience too much fatigue. I'm still waiting for that 2nd trimester energy surge LOL!

It tappered so it is hard to pin point a week. I remember thinking at 14ish weeks that morning sickness had offically left. Then around 20 weeks I realized that now it had really really left because at 14 it was better, but at 20 I was able to eat completely normal again. I stopped throwing up at 14 though.  I was tired till about 18 or 19 I think, so where around there. I remember reading that the average time for fatigue to let up is 17 weeks. Congrats!

With DS it lasted a FULL 4 months..  I'm still sick on & off this time - so I think it will be the same.  I haven't thrown up yet though!

I'm almost into the 3rd Tri, brushing my teeth still makes me gag when it never use to, the fatigue and exhaustion has gotten steadily worse along with the occasional back aches and soreness.  After 10 months you'll start to return to "normal," it's all a part of pregnancy but definately worth it.

Nausea for me lasted consistently until between 19 and 20 weeks. Had a freak puke yesterday but it so far seems to be an isolated event. Still a little gaggy though.

I have had Hyperemesis with both pregnancies so my situation is a little different, but with my first I threw up every day (all day) until 27 weeks, and with this one it was way worse but only lasted until about 18 weeks. I still throw up once every few days but I don't even mind any more. Hope it goes away soon for you!!!! Welcome to the board :).

My nausea went away almost entirely (knock on wood) about a week and a half ago (so... around 15 weeks?). Now it only shows up if my stomach is empty. The fatigue hasn't stopped, but it's definitely better - or I've gotten more used to it - than it was at first. I still don't have the energy to workout after working all day, but I don't have to nap on the weekends when I'm taking it easier than i do during the week.

Hang in there!

Ugh, the headaches started for me this week too. Not fun! I stayed home from work yesterday my head hurt so bad... and staring at a computer all day is not helpful!
