Kinda sad :(

So my son is 3 months old and is growing fast, but I myself am not losing weight very much. I try to eat healthy and I do some exercise, but nothing is happening. I thought by now I would be at least making some progress. How long did it take for you other moms to get back to where you wanted and what did you do to get there??? I am breastfeeding too. Thanks for the help.

Sometimes when you are BFing your body holds onto the weight to make sure you have a "back-up" nutrients for the baby. The weight will come off easier when you are done BFing.

This.

ETA: You really can't and shouldn't try to diet while breastfeeding, anyway. You should definitely eat balanced meals, lots of fruits & veggies, etc. and stay active/exercise but you can't calorie count and diet.

The only diet that isn't going to effect your breast feeding is a diabetic/low carb diet.  Same kind of diet that many women need to follow while pregnant.
