baby is being transitioned from bm to formula. we have been giving some formula and there havent been many spit up issues. very little and it seems like it is due to when eating really fast. she gets 6 oz a day and eats 5x.. so we have done 4 bm and 2 formula. today for feeding 1 we decided to do 3 of each..spit up but also drank it fast. she then went 4 hours without eating. normally does 3-3.5. we decided to do 2 bm and 3 formula due to this am's spit up for the 2nd feed..spit up again and much more but this time was a little slower.
so i am confused.. i know formula takes longer to digest so would she be getting less than 6 oz of food now? am i overfeeding or could it just be an adjustment. bbaby is 11 weeks.
