I am 17 weeks, and I have to say, my breasts just keep growing and growing, and they too feel hot all the time, sometimes they itch, sometimes they just ache uncontrollably. I wear a nursing sleeping bra at night or else they hurt too bad, I can't lean against my husband because they ache to be pressed, it's really quite annoying. My husband so much wants to play with them but I can't. I haven't found anything that works, but I'm thinking maybe ice compresses. At the very least I understand totally where you are coming from, and hopefully they will feel better soon! :) Good luck!!
