sinus infection and dry mouth and throat!

Help me! I can't really breath through my nose so I am being a disgusting mouth breather and everything feels dry. My mouth, throat, lips, even my hands and my face. I am drinking water like the world is ending on Friday, but of course, I am peeing every 5 minutes as well. Any suggestions for how to moisturize my insides? Wahhh I want to cry!

Get a neti pot.  A starter kit comes with the saline solution.  It will clean out your sinuses.  If you check out youtube, you can find videos of people using this so you know how it works.  I prefer the stand up bottle, but the genie pot works well too.  I used this all thru my last cold and it helped to clear the sinuses so I could actually use my nose.

Haha, I have a neti pot and I am DYING to go home and use it. But can you imagine doing that in the bathroom at work? I can imagine my boss coming in...not good, but the idea does make me chuckle.

Not much help at work.. but try using a humidifier at home.

What about just a simple saline nasal spray for during the work day?

I have a similar thing going on here.

Ugh, that's miserable, especially pregnant.  Humidifier, saline nasal spray, salt water gargle, and keep chugging that water down
