Washing toys

What do you find works best to disinfect your LOs toys? Thought I'd ask this board since I'm looking for effective but obviously most importantly safe.

Honestly?  I rarely wash the toys but that's my nature to not be overly concerned with day to day grime, I guess.  But I will toss stuffed toys in the washing machine and dryer even when they say not to as long as they don't have electronic parts.  Beyond that I'll stick things in the dishwasher or just use soap and water.

I use a bucket with vinegar or put the vinegar in a spray bottle and wipe them clean.

I do the same. I keep a spray bottle handy with a vinegar/water mixture that I use on toys, kitchen counters, anywhere.

I third the vinegar.. We have a bottle mixed with 1/2 water we use for EVERYTHING and my SO even soaks his mouthpiece for sports in it.

Vinegar and water with tea tree oil or sometimes I use Seventh Generation disenfectant. I only wash toys after an illness.

I use Norwex clothes. I think you have to order them thru a norwex consultant but I love them! All you do is get them wet and they clean everything!! And you can use them forever.
