I'm sorry you're not able to have another right now but it's great that you're thinking rationally. And doing what's best for your daughter. She needs to be taken care of and that isn't doable without money, unfortunately.
I wouldn't worry too much about age spacing. My brothers are 5 and 9 years younger than me and we're all close and get along great. There are benefits to waiting. My mom always said the best part of having us so spaced out was getting to spend years with each of us mostly alone because she waited until we were each in school to have another. Which also gave her more time to devote to the new baby. It's a different dynamic for sure but it's great. My DH and his sisters are all really close in age and fought like cats and dogs constantly growing up.
