Also, granted, I'm 37, which I know is old as dirt in Bump years, but Reagan was president from as early as I had any awareness of politics until I was 13. I remember not everyone liking him. My DS is Lincoln, so I'm not opposed to presidential names on principle, but I think you need to be aware what kind of statement the name makes to people who have strong opinions about the president, which anyone my age or older probably does.
Naomi is classic, lovely, and underused. I would go with that.
