Thanks ladies. I'm down to turkey, pears, squash, rice and potatoes right now. I didn't know I could use spices and olive oil- that will at least liven things up a bit! My LC wants me to call her Friday to update her and then we'll take it from there, as far as what and when to start adding things back in.
When you did start adding foods back in, did you add whole food categories in at a time (say for example, tree nuts), or a specific single food at a time (walnuts)?
