36 weeks and still breech!!! Help?

The baby was breech 2 weeks ago and I powered through inversions I found on spinningbabies.com and actually flipped the baby!!  The little one decided to flip back into breech position just in time for my doc appt yesterday.  Doc has scheduled me for an ultrasound and external version next Friday so I want to do everything in my power to get this baby head down before then!!  Any ideas?

Keep doing spinningbabies and go see a chiropractor! Even with the external version a lot of babies will flip back. Just keep on doing what you're doing and hopefully baby will stay put eventually...

You could try to find a chiropractor with experience using the Webster technique.

Good luck!

Keep doing the inversions.

See a chiropractor certified in the Webster technique. Find one here: http://icpa4kids.org/Find-a-Chiropractor/

Go through with the ECV if that fails and be grateful your doc does them instead of just pushing for a c-section :)

Good luck, hope baby flips back!

Chiropractic and Acupuncture. There is a point on the pinky toe that when stimulated with an herb called moxa can turn breech babies. Usually acupuncturists will sell you the moxa stick to be able to do it on your own along with their needle treatments.

I have no real advice everyone has allready mentioned everything I know. I just wanted to chime in and say my DD was in breech or transverse untill 39 weeks. She turned a few days before labor.

I'll say it too: keep doing spinning babies!! :o) I did the lay-on-an-ironing-board-upside-down move plus the one where you're on your knees on the side of the couch and bend all the way down to the floor. They were the key to turning little man around. Good luck, mama! :o)

Keep doing what you are doing.  My sister's baby flipped 4 times in the last two weeks.  They scheduled her for a C section...just in case, but that baby flipped right before that and she was able to have a great birth!

I agree with the spinning babies,  acupuncture and Webster chiro. Also Homeopathic Pulsatilla. If baby turns, consider a belly support band to help hold baby in place until labor begins. If you do an ECV, make sure you're ready for birth and ask your care provider about recommendations for afterward and/or whether they recommend an immediate induction (some do). Best of luck!
