Johnson's has cold and cough bath time wash that helps our LO. If he has no fever it's not really suggested you give him anything for cough. I would possibly take him in to his pedi. Just to know def. what he has because if he is not running a temp. and your older son is, he may have something not the same. Hope this helps. GL
