Bedtime routine

When did u start a bedtime routine? Lo is almost 4 weeks but each night she eats bfing at different times...sometimes she eats at 8pm sometimes it's 9pm. With a toddler too, I feel like each night is just different except DD1's routine is the same. I thought about doing dd2's routine the same time but that seems too early for her. Wdyd?

I go off of As cues so its never the same time, but she's in bed somewhere between 7 and 9 depending on how our day went. Playtime, bath, bottle, book, bed is what we try to do.. She's still so young that it doesn't always work out this way.

I try to have LO in bed sometime between 7 and 9.  The order goes playtime then bath, feeding, story, lullaby and bed.  I'm hoping he gets used to the routine soon and then I can have a more consistent night time schedule.
