marizzie15:I'm not a troll, I am being serious.
My OB doesn't seem very worried, but I'm still worried. I can't shake the feeling off that she's going to come early.
I thought posting on here would give me more answers then posting in the teen pregnancy/teen mom section, and I thought other people might have had similar symptoms and their baby came early.
I'm just worried, especially since I'm small and young, I just want my daughter to be healthy and safe.
Well, I'm glad we don't have a troll. Sorry if I offended you. Every now and then we get one, and this just isn't the place for that sort of thing, KWIM?
First off, I'm glad you are seeking help. I used to teach HS, and I had quite a few teen moms in my classes over the years. Some were responsible, others not, and I'm glad to see you're being responsible, not that my opinion should matter to you. I just feel the need to say stuff like that. (I'm sorry if that offends you.) Also, I wasn't aware that there was a Teen board; I don't see it listed...
We really can't say from the info you've given us. Most of us have no medical training. If your doc(s) isn't worried, I wouldn't get too worked up about it. The stress isn't good for the baby. There is always a possibility of PTL, even in a healthy PG. But effacement doesn't automatically equal imminent PTL, nor does a history of preemies in the family or being young. Please come back for support, though if you wind up having a preemie; we all need support. Best of luck!
