I would definitely ask your pedi. We were told to just alternate her feeds--one with neosure, one with bm (sometimes it was 2 bm and 1 neosure) and to mix the bottle per the instructions on the box (1 scoop in 2 ounces of water).
Don't be too hard on yourself! As PP said, it's not like you mixed it with Mtn Dew!
