miscarriage concern

I am 5 weeks today, and mostly every time I've gone pee there has been little tissue pieces in the toilet, like beige color, is this sign for miscarriage, or am i looking too much into it? I have no cramps, backaches, or bleeding whatsoever! Just random specs of tissue...

Difficult to say. Best bet is to see your ob to get checked out. Hope everything is ok with you.

I had spitting and bleeding without any cramps, and saw OB. She confirmed a heartbeat and said there was a bleed and in almost all cases it resolves on its own. She wasn't worried and said its relatively common. Unfortunately I ended up one of the unlucky few where it didn't resolve, but there's a chance it's nothing and you'll be ok, so don't get too discouraged yet until you see OB

I had quite a bit of that with my first baby now 4 weeks alone with 2. I even had a little blood at times but everything turned out ok. Call your ob and they may have you come in just in case. I did and had an US and they could see a little blood around yolk sack. It did resolve itself and baby girl is perfect and healthy in every way.

This is not the place for that question. Please ask first tri or your BMB. The ladies here have ALREADY experienced a miscarriage and do not want to answer questions about a pregnancy.

Since I had to read  this though, I will say I did have tissue pieces in the toilet the first day I started miscarrying, but it also was accompanied with a small amount of spotting on the toilet paper.

GL.

Thanks for your post, i didn't find it at all inappropriate, i too have ALREADY experienced a miscarriage, so next time don't just assume, if people don't want to answer questions about miscarriage maybe thebump.com should take that category off, maybe you should put a request in to them about that instead of in a post.

50% of pregnancy with some spotting or bleeding end in miscarriage. You might be on the lucky side of that statistic.  You might not. We can't tell you. Perhaps you should call your doctor and discuss your concerns with her.

This is rude. This board is specifically about providing support for women who have gone through a recent loss or miscarriage. While I wasn't offended by your initial post the tone of your follow up was uncalled for.

I agree with Femme, and I don't think you needed to be rude to her.

That said, I will answer you because I think it's important you go see your doctor.  I had NO cramping at all, and the first signs of my mmc were spotting when I would wipe.  I didn't even need to wear a pad.  I saw my doctor and my LO stopped growing at 8 weeks, but I didn't spot or anything until 12.5 w.  Have them test your HCG levels if nothing else to be sure.

I held onto the hope that everything was fine because I had no cramps.  I took the meds to induce my mc as well, and had only mild cramping as everything passed... everyone is different.

Well i didn't see it necessary for her to be rude to me, we are all here for the same reason, for support and questions and advice, regardless of what the situation is, we are posting stuff here bc we either have been through a miscarriage and currently going through one, so let's not judge and point fingers bc someone thinks I'm "posting" on the wrong board, I'm here bc i went through it once already. So thank you for being supportive. And thanks to all the other girls who gave me advice, it was helpful.

This board isn't here to answer questions about "if" you're having a miscarriage. You'll notice there's a board description right up there at the top, complete with link on warning signs:

This board is intended to be support for those who have gone through a pregnancy loss. If you think you may be experiencing a miscarriage, please contact a medical professional. You can find out more info about pregnancy loss here or learn about miscarriage warning signs.

It's here for those who have already experienced loss. It's a safe haven for us. People who drop in just to ask if they're still pregnant can be like a slap in the face. We can't tell you, and if you've had a miscarriage previously you know as much as we do.

Wrong. Not "regardless of what the situation is". This board is for people who have experienced or are experiencing a miscarriage not for people who are pregnant and spotting an might have a normal, healthy pregnancy as 50% of the pregnant people who spot do.

I'm sorry you've gone though a miscarriage before, but you were not posting regarding that miscarriage, you were posting regarding this current pregnancy.

Google is your friend. A board for loss when you are currently pregnant is NOT.
