I worry about this every time.

I had 2-3 mature follies at trigger time. I triggered at 3am on Thursday...IUI 9am Friday, so 30 hours after trigger.

I am still feeling achy and crampy in my ovaries tonight, now it is about 39 hours post trigger. I had to have already ovulated by now right? I worry because my thawed washed sperm are only good for about 12 hours. So I have until 9pm tonight to 'O' or they will be dead.

Do you guys usually stay achy/crampy for awhile after trigger...even if you have already ovulated?
