Completely Confused

We recently found out we're pregnant and I'm really interested in doing cloth diapers.  However, I am completely confused.  I've been reading all sorts of things online but I've never seen cloth diapers and I can't really picture what they're talking about.  Can you recommend a site that really explains this in simple terms?  I'm still trying to wrap my brain around the different type of diapers and all the components at this point.

Watch the Cloth Diapering 101 series on youtube!  That's what was most helpful for DH and I when we were deciding what to use.
