Quick CO question.

Asking for a friend here.  Visitation is every other weekend and one overnight a week.  CO states child is to be returned to daycare by 7:30 following fathers visitation.  This year father gets noon Christmas Day to noon the 26th for Christmas.  So does kid need to be at daycare by 7:30 or can father drop him off at noon?

If it specifies noon on that specific day, he wouldn't have to bring him until noon.

Yes, noon. Except most daycares have a cut off time. He may want to check into that.

According to my lawyer, the holiday schedule trumps standard visits.

If my LO was going to be late to daycare I just had to let them know the day before.
