tarapike86:I totally understand that they are busy. It was te technicians flippant attitude that got me. I know that they had just as long of a day as me and I kept my cool reminding myself that I was not mad at them just the situation. It is heartbreaking to have a sick baby especially when they are so little. She was very callouse an lucky that I did not go off on her
