GTG Shipping?

Hi!  I've been banking my GTG points for two years now (!), and I'm about to redeem them.  I've read a few things online about how the GTG shipping charges are outrageous, and now that I'm looking around the GTG website, I can't find any definitive information about shipping charges for the rewards.  Anyone have experience with this?  I might XP it in the Pampers forum too...

I have redeemed GTG a few times for toys, etc. I've never paid a shipping cost.
