My SIL mil and her boyfriend are in town. I am seriously considering finding a hotel room and running away for the night. Tomorrow is my birthday and they are the last people I want to spend it with. Add in the fact that DH and I are now fighting because his family sucks. Happy fing birthday to me.
Mom to Emma 9/4/06 and Jackson 11/24/08 M/C Dec 11 and M/C twins feb 2012. BFP Thanksgiving! EDD Aug 4, 2013 M/C at 5 weeks.

Ok I'll bite.

1- My MIL and FIL both have the flu but she still expects us to show up on Tuesday for Christmas. If i get sick I'm packing the kids up and sending them to her, and if the kids get sick I will do the same.

2- MIL also does this really annoying thing where she buys presents for the boys but tells them that the toys stay at her house and they can only play with them when they come over. Seriously? If she wants toys for them to play with, she should buy them on her own time. To do that at Christmas or their birthdays is just mean.

I paid 21 dollars today, and for the past two years, for my kids to sit in Santa's lap. It's outrageous how much it costs. I guess that's my grievance for the day.

My grievance is that I wanted to stick my fist through the TV so that I could punch Wayne LaPierre in his stupid fat face this morning on Meet The Press.

Sorry, I know everyone is so over the gun control debate and really I am too, but I've been so irritated  by him all day.
