We don't use the pnp for sleeping, but when I had tried to transition from the rnp to crib a couple times prior to 10 weeks, it wasn't pretty and I feared He would never sleep flat or in his crib. Then I tried the crib at 10 weeks, it was like a completely different experience. He goes down with very little or no fuss and We get one long stretch early and then a couple 2 hour stretches usually, which is how it was in the rnp. I am a ftm so take my advice for what it is worth, but sometimes I think they just need to get there in their own time.
