How long did it take your LO to adjust to no naps? DS is 4.5 years old. We finally decided to just drop the naps, because we had issues getting him to nap and go to bed. He was also waking up super early or late at times and everything was way off.
We usually do a quiet time for 30 minutes during "naptime" but that has been a bit inconsistent with the holidays. He also goes to bed about an hour earlier than the normal bedtime, but again with the holidays that hasnt been as consistent either.
Just wondering how long this adjustment will take...sometimes he seems so tired and the wake up times have been all over the place still.
