When did you start losing symptoms?

Well, about halfway through today my chest soreness started diminishing and now it's just about gone. I haven't had any nausea since Thursday and with yesterday's pain, I'm starting to worry. Iknow symptoms can come and go, buti thought 8 weeks was a little early to lose symptoms. Those of you who have had kids or are further along, when did you start losing your symptoms?

I really wish there wasn't a holiday right now. I can't get in to the office for a scan until Wednesday.

My symptoms started to fade a bit at 8 1/2 weeks, and then they were gone completely by 10weeks. They made a comeback for a week at 14 weeks. Now I'm 17 weeks, and I'll occasionally feel nauseous, and my nipples are getting sorer and sorer, but in general I'm feeling pretty fantastic.

I've found that even during the first trimester, my symptoms varied so much. I'd feel great one day, and like hell the next. It's hard not to worry about it, that's for sure!

My symptoms have come and gone throughout the pregnancy.  At 37 weeks I am still one of the lucky ones to have all day sickness unless I manage it with medication.  There were days in first tri that I felt perfectly fine though.

My breast soreness has come and gone throughout. I had a few days around 7w when I lost all sickness and it really upset me but it all came back. Symptoms can come and go and also just not exist at all but PgAL brain makes it hard to enough feeling well.

Mine have come and gone throughout too. Try not to put too much stock in symptoms. I know it's hard not to, but they really mean nothing. For frame of reference I had stronger symptoms AFTER we learned of my MMC last time than I have with this current healthy pregnancy. There really is no rhyme or reason sometimes for how you feel.

With DD, I lost symptoms around 8.5/9 weeks.  I freaked out too, but everything turned out okay :)

I don't remember now, but it was fairly early on with sore boobs. They hurt worse during ovulation than they ever did once I was pregnant. There have definitely been more days symptom free than with symptoms so try not to worry.

My symptoms came and went daily in the 1st trimester. 2nd trimester was heaven to me, loads of energy, I didn't even feel pregnant except I was super hungry for sweets all the time! Now in the third it's crazy movement, sore hips and this huge belly! I know its easy to freak out, but try to be positive...today you are pregnant! (((hugs)))

I think my symptoms started coming and going around then, too.  Some days I'd feel them and some days I didn't. I freaked out too! The limbo stage is so hard - the time between when you lose your symptoms and when you actually feel the baby can be tough, especially for a PgAL.

Like the PP said, I try not to put too much faith in symptoms anyway.  With my MMC this past summer, I still felt symptoms even after I had lost the baby. With my second son, I had hardly ANY symptoms at all, and he turned out to be a perfectly healthy boy.  Every pregnancy is different, so try not to worry.

Thanks everyone. I just wish the lessening of the symptoms would not have coincided with that pain I felt on Saturday. I went ahead and emailed the nurse at my doctor's office. I don't know if she's checking her emails right now or not but maybe. The office is closed today and tomorrow and I have a previously scheduled u/s on Wednesday morning. I hope it turns out ok.

Everyone is saying it can be very normal. After I posted my most recent reply I actually had a bout of nausea and then ended up smelling something funny and threw up for the first time this pregnancy. I've never been so happy to toss my cookies. lol It's been four days since I had nausea so it sort of goes with what others were saying about some days on and some days off. I'm still holding my breath for Wednesday but think I'll be able to relax a bit more and enjoy Christmas.

Positive vibes to you as well jrtmom!
