L8kissie:I have to pump after every feeding to drain myself because my ducts are super deep and she's not able to do so. However, If you haven't been having trouble, and don't need to build a stash or up supply, I'd skip it. Nursing is supposed to be better.
If you slowly cut back on the pumping, your supply will adjust so that it makes the amount she's able to remove. By pumping after every feeding you are telling your body to make that excess.milk.
