tylonol or advil?

Whats safer while BF....acetaminophen or ibuprofen?

I believe both are fine. I know your allowed to take Tylenol while pregnant so breastfeeding should be the same and I just had a csection 3 weeks ago and my main pain pills are ibuprofen and tylenol 3.So I'm allowed to take both.
