I don't understand the question... if you're still pregnant, you most likely have only one baby ins.ide. If they hear an extra heartbeat, or see something on an ultrasound, you may have twins or more. Most practices do an ultrasound around 20 weeks, but you'd be posting on the wrong board if that were the case... You probably want the 1st Trimester board.
