This could be interesting

DH offered to go grocery shopping late last night so we don't have to go today. Only where I asked for a pie crust, he got a Graham cracker crust. I'm going to make a chocolate chess pie... can I actually bake a Graham cracker crust or will it scorch? It hardly seems worth sending him back (and I have ever had success making crust).

You should be able to bake in it. The liquid should keep it from scorching. You can put foil around the edge or maybe bake it in a water bath.
If you have a food processor a regular crust can be super easy.

I have nothing to add except it sounds amazing and I would like some. that is all.

I'm so jealous of all of you bakers! I can't bake anything. I can cook like no one's business but baking hates me. lol

Karshington, you can't screw this up!

Heat oven to 325 F. Mix 1 1/2 cup sugar, 3 tablespoons baking cocoa, 1/2 stick butter (melted in microwave in 10 sec increments), 1 small can PET evaporated milk, 1 teaspoon vanilla, and 2 eggs with mixer and pour into premade crust. Bake for 45 minutes.
