Amelia Meadow

Also dd name is Claira Lynn. We like how Millie Anna  is short and sweet like her sisters name...

yes, was going to say this also! While I like Millie, it doesn't sound like a refined adult nam, like your other DD's does. I do, however, love Amelia Anne or Amelia Anna, nn Millie.

Put me down for Amelia Anna, even though I love Amelia Meadow...on a child. Can you imagine her as an adult at a new company filling out forms for HR? "Meadow?" "Yeah, my mom was ______ [pick your unflattering adjective a daughter's likely to use to describe her mom]".

 I have a very successful friend in an all-male industry with the mn Fern - she hates it and can't wait to jettison it when she gets married.

This. While I think Meadow is a cute, unique (but not too you-neek), mn,using Ann/Anne would make it more "short but sweet" like your other DD, if the alliteration doesn't bother you.

I would go with Amelia, nn Millie. I'm an Elizabeth nn Liz, and I always liked having having a longer, formal name with the option of a nickname.

Multiple ectopics, 2 failed IVF's
IVF #1: Did not get to ET, embies all failed PGD (major chromosomal defects)
IVF #2: We have 2 chromosomally perfect embies as a result of PGD (Boy/Girl)1 failed the thaw - transferred 1, ended as c/p
Thought it was the end of our TTC Journey 6/20/2012

I think I prefer Amelia Meadow. Millie Anna sounds like the word million to me. Plus, I prefer a more traditional given name for resumes and to fall back on if a sweet NN doesn't suit her later. I don't see why you couldn't do Amelia nn Millie. That would get my vote.
