Cramps and 2ww jitters.

Bear with me, I'm trying not to obsess over this, but its not working. I barely did my FET on Thursday, and have been crampy ever since. I have been doing well for the most part, but this morning I just had this feeling settling in of negativity of this not working (and obviously I would have no way of knowing yet). It seems the more I try to not let it get to me, the more present it is on my mind. How soon should I test (frer)? I don't wanna wait until the big beta to find out by myself on the phone that its a bfn. Ugh.
Me: 31, PCOS (insulin resistance) TTC since 05/11. DH: 31 Great SA after multivitamins and diet improvements 6/25 IUI #1 cancelled IVF #1 w/ICSI on 8/23 CANCELLED due to ovulation. IVF #1.2 BFN 11/6 3 snowbabies. FET #1 12/20. Beta 12/31-BFFN FET #2 scheduled for 6/12. Everyone WELCOME!!

So sorry you are feeling down. Though the crampiness and negativity was ultimately a bad sign for me, I have seen many BFPs with cramps as well. I didn't test but wish I had. That phone call was brutal! My good friend who did FET got a faint line at 8dp3dt and it got darker each day after that. So if it were me I would probably start testing around Fri. I hope the holidays keep you busy and I am keeping fingers triple crossed for you!
TTC since June 2011
DX: DH (30) severe MFI, severely low count & low motility
Me (32): all clear
Appt with Urologist 5/21/12: exam, ultrasound, bloodwork all normal.
Testicular Biopsy with TESE on 6/8/12. good sperm found! (left side only) froze sperm, failed thaw test :(
Orientation for IVF/ICSI on 6/13/12. Waiting for the green light following biopsy results...results show adequate sperm production both sides.
2nd SA 6/18/12: sample is "adequate for ICSI"
Plan: IVF/ICSI July 2012!
ER: 7/26/12. 15 eggs retrieved, all mature.
TESE/TESA/aspiration from epididymis, no motile sperm found :(
froze all eggs, the saga of praying for good sperm continues.
8/3/12: 2nd opinion from MFI uro on biopsy slides. Suspects "partial late maturation arrest."
Plan: more SAs, third biopsy/TESE with frozen back-up either from DH or DS.
SA 8/17/12: Zero sperm
SA 8/23/12: Zero sperm
9/26/12: SPERM FOUND! 15 eggs thawed, 12 survived and were ICSI'd, only 3 fertilized normally. Refrozen as embies and will thaw in Nov. Please survive and grow!
All 3 survived the thaw on 11/15/12!
FET 11/17/12: transferred 2, one 4B, one 4C. Beta 11/30:BFFN
moving on to DS
DIUI#1 2/18/13,50mg Clomid cd 3-7, Ovidrel trigger, Beta 3/4/13: BFN.
DIUI#2 3/19/13, 50 mg Clomid cd 3-7, Ovidrel trigger, Beta #1 (14dpiui) 4/2/13: BFP!!!! 150. Beta #2 4/4/13: 420 Beta #3 4/8/13: 2691. Beta #4 4/15/13: 15,086
1st u/s 4/8/13 shows one gestational sac
2nd u/s 4/15/13 shows yolk sac, fetal pole and early heartbeat
3rd u/s 4/25/13: measuring right on track. Heart rate 148 bpm

I feel your pain - this is my 2nd IVF cycle and it is a lot harder to feel optimistic.  I did talk to my RE's office 4 days after my ET and they said that cramps were normal.  I think this early, it is too difficult to really judge what anything means as it all could be a side effect of the progesterone.

I'm a beta or bust kind of girl so I can't tell you about testing.  If I were going to test though, I may just test the day of beta so I'm prepared for that phone call.

Yeah I am having a tough time with being optomistic after they basicaly said my embryos are not as good as they should be :P  I am crampy today (had 5 day transfer on Friday) but I was crampy with both iuis too and they were negative.  I don't think any sign means anything besides that IF sucks and messes with our heads.  I want to test early because my beta is on New Years Eve and I would prefer to not be hysterical all day. Uggh.  Wow I am being grumpy - I need more Christmas cookies I think!

IVF 12-21-2012 - 2 I think perfect no matter what the dr graded them (2B)embryos transferred Beta on 12-31-12 Positve - Beta is 21
Beta 2 1-2-13 - 31
Beta 3 1-4-13 - 53
Beta 4 1/9 - 212!
Ultrasound 1/10 - Nothing completely empty uterus Beta 1/14 - 743; Beta 1/17 - 1704 ultrasound shows nothing. Officially a miscarriage. 1/21 Beta 3900 Dr. says it ectopic. Ultrasound shows a miracle heartbeat right in the uterus where it belongs! Dr. says I can be cautiously optomistic!!! Hang in there baby!

I am toying with the idea of testing too. My transfer was Wed and my beta is the 30th. I keep having twinges...not quite cramps but I am also somewhat constipated....TMI I am sorry but I have the lapband and it always happens.  It sometimes feels like cramps/twinges so I never know which is which. My family keeps ramping me up. My sister and nieces keep calling the embryos babies and keep having to say "stop....you dont know that yet" I keep having to pull them back into reality while keeping myself in check. I know they are excited and mean well but its just hard and I dont want to get sucked in.
