I have had cycles for 6 months now postpartum and they have been irregular so I was wondering if my chart could help me know when to expect AF? Yes. Especially once you've been charting for awhile, it can give you a clearer picture of what to expect from your cycle.
Am I wrong to expect it some time around 14 DPO? No.
I read somewhere that the length of your cycle had to do with the length of time before O and that after was relatively the same for each person ranging from 12-16 days. Is that when it comes for most of you or is this another one of those "every woman is different" things? Yes. The "normal" LP window is 12-16 days. However, most women have their own normal. Most of my LPs are between 13-14 days.
Also, do your temps do anything different before AF comes? Most see a temp dip the day of, or the day before, AFs arrival. Personally my temp drops only slightly. Others see a significant temp drop.
