Natural makeup and products??

I have been surfing the Internet for products that won't harm the baby, specifically; face lotion w/SPF, makeup (foundation, powder, blush, lip balm), deodorant.  I have already bought shampoo conditioner, face wash and a bar of soap from Whole Foods, the 365 Whole Food brand.  

I found this website to look up my products and even the products I thought were safe are rating poorly.

 Anyone have recommendations, websites, done research for mothers to be and products we use everyday that are SAFE?

Regular soap and conditioner is not going to hurt your baby.  Neither will sun tan lotion.

I don't think regular old shampoo and moisturizer are a problem. If you were using something like Accutane or something then I would stop, but I wouldn't worry about using some Oil of Olay or whatever.

I found some products that seems relatively safe:

Deodorant: Naturally Fresh deodorant crystal spray mist

face lotion with SPF: MyChelle Sun Shield SPF 28 unscented 

Makeup: the LARENIM line

these all have very low ratings for chemicals that cause cancer on the website: http://www.ewg.org/skindeep/

I second the ladies re: use what you normally use.  If something isn't safe for pregnant women it will say that on the package.  

 

eta - but far be it from me to stop another woman from shopping!!
