Instead of going to the mall yesterday to wait in line with tons of whiny kids and pay $40 for the cheapest package of pictures, we went to a closer location that said it was free and you just bring your camera. Great deal, right?! No other kids there really, no lines, no pressurey sales people and a real authentic looking Santa... that didn't smile.
He looked... worn out, I guess. But still... to not smile for pictures? Was I supposed to tip him or something? I just thought it was weird.
Ours smiled.
We go to a photography studio that has Santa pictures. You make an appointment. NO LINES! So worth it! (Something you could try next year?)
